Am I the only one that isn't watching the Super Bowl?

the answer my friend, is blowing in the wind...

Not watching because your team didn't make it is LAME and proves you are not a fan of hte game, just your logo depending on the circumstances

If there was ANY other team from the AFC in the Super Bowl you can bet that I would be watching it. I haven't missed a Super Bowl for as long as I can remember. I even watched it last year when I was at the NICU with my newborn son.

Sooner, some posters are complaining like we were destined to win, that's who I'm ranting against

I'm pissed that we lost but to not watch is the sorest thing ever... you might as well just admit to ladanian that you are as classless as he says. We lost fair and square, gave up a lead like we NEVER do...

I hate the Colts too, but don't you want to know you were beaten by the best??? better than being beaten by KC, right???

I don't think we are in a rebuilding year, we just lost the game... it sucks but that's what it is. You all have no idea how thankful I am that the refs didn't give away this game.... Let's just be proud of our boys, they played hard all year and lost in the final minute of a playoff game. 29 other teams wish they could say the same

That's fine. I'm just not interested in either of these teams and have better things to do. If I watch, I watch. I'm not going to lose sleep either way. As for rebuilding, there are some parts to this team that need to be replaced. That's how this team has stayed good for so long. Rosters evolve.

"Show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser."

Not sure who spoke those words but he was a very wise man.

oh jeez, I'm not happy about losing tonite but it happens sometimes, even when your QB is Tom Brady

I just want a night without *****ing, our guys played their hearts out to get this far and we lost by less than a TD; I'm bummed but at least we don't have to hang a 'conference finalsts' banner in our stadium...

SB weekend has always been a big deal. I hosted 10 straight parties back when I lived in Philly. I always took the Monday off. Buddies flew in or drove into town for the game. I spent lots of money over the years hosting these parties. Including the lost wages from skipping work.

I moved to Denver the year the Pats played the Eagles in the SB. I spent a fortune going to that game.

Last year I tried to have fun at a sports bar and ended up disappointed with the service and what was the worst SB in recent memory.

I am going to skip this year's game.

This is a good opportunity for me to save money by not hosting a party or going to the sports bar.

I will work on the truck, take the dog for a walk, maybe go to a movie.

Football has consumed so much time, money and effort every season.

I see no shame in taking this year's big game off.

I will take the opportunity to finally get some sh!t done around the house!! Football on Sunday ususally sucks away time for us to do things from Sept-Jan. I'll probably watch the game, and may even go to a SB party, but I won't be invested in it as I was for the three Pats' victory years.

We didn't watch it last year, but that was because we had just moved into a new house and didn't have cable hooked up yet.

The Superbowl is an event, so I don't think I'll be able to ignore it.

Just tuning in won't be the hard part, the hard part will be having to watch Rex Grossman and root for him not to F up. Mission impossible, I think, but Go Bears.

If the bears keep it close i will keep watching, the Indy starts the run away with it i will do something like like school work, watch a movie, or do something. i refuse to watch the colts win a title

I don't care for either team... but as much as I despise da Bears winning the superbowl against the Pats; I'm going to root for them as well.

You just can't root for the dolts.

Just not right...

Right now, I don't have any desire to watch it, but by the time two weeks have passed without any football I'll probably be bored enough to watch, distasteful as it will be.

Seriously, it will be a lot harder this year than it was last year, because this year I really thought we had a good chance (and missing the Super Bowl by 4 points and/or a play here or there only reinforces that feeling).

I hate this as much as anybody, but its football this team was predictied to be a wild card team, we got as far as we could with this team.. It hurts now and it will all week, but no I will contiue to watch NFL Football the best sport known to man kind..

i dunno if it helps that we have two weeks to hear about it eaither. all we are gonan hear about for the next two weeks is the crap, manning and two black coaches

My condolences on the choke job, I wasn't able to watch espn until yesterday morning after the chargers choked. I'm sure you will be able to watch football again by the time the superbowl comes around.

Not me, I'll check the score afterwards and prey to God the Bears found a way.

Sure I'll watch-it's a football game and I'm a football fan.

I'm not watching it unless the Bears are stomping the Colts. I'll check the score online but that is it. As someone else said, it isn't because the Pats are not playing, or that they lost to the Colts but that the Colts are playing. I detest the Colts and I detest them even more now that Vinatieri is on the team. I would have watched had the Chargers been playing. I wouldn't have watched even if the Colts hadn't beaten the Patriots on their way to the Superbowl. First Superbowl I will miss since I've started watching football. Spring can't come fast enough.

I will not watch.

My football season is over and I have other things to do.
