Bone Breaker is paying the fine. I thought TFB was wearing the TB hat and an Under Armour shirt during one of his pressers, maybe I'm wrong. But he wasn't fined.

He wears the TB hat all the time. I don't think the league minds that or maybe it's a legally safe hat.

Actually I'm not sure when Wes actually realized that Roger Goodell gets to tell him which hats he can and can't wear.

But one thing is certain - Wes is smart enough to realize that thing that helped Bonk Breakers the most while also making Goodell look like a buffoon was a story about the $10,000 fine

Is this a Bronco's presser or a post-game presser? One is nationally televised by the NFL, the other isn't. I could see that mattering, Wes was fined for wearing his hat after a game I believe.
