Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute...

BARRY BONDS STOLE SIGNALS?!

Yep. How else could he have hit all those home runs?

It's actually untrue that steroids helps your performance at all, the steroids made him grow a third eye out of his back elbow, so he could see the catcher and always knew which pitch was coming. It wasn't really the steroids, it was stealing signals.

You are aware that other teams DID, in fact, do the same thing that the Patriots did. As I mentioned, the Jets were caught doing it during the play-off game against the Patriots. They then LIED about having permission to do so.

What reaction are you referring to? The one where a majority of the coaches came out and said that it was not a big deal? The reaction where a majority of former coaches who were interviewed also said it wasn't a big deal?

Also, the only thing the Pats were caught doing was breaking a rule. They were not caught cheating. I really wish you'd understand the difference.

The only ones who made the league look bad were Mangini and Goodell for totally mishandling the situation to begin with.

Mangini was raised by Belichick to cheat, not a saint himself. And Goodell did mishandle the situation, thats one thing we can agree on. He blew the thing way under proportion and then swept it away, good thing Congress got involved so he had to spill the fact that Belichick had admitted to doing it for 6 years...that's important to know.

When did the Patriots or the league ever deny it didn't go on for 6 years, including the years before the 2006 memo when it was kosher.

I never said they denied the fact the pats had cheated for 6 years, they intentionally withheld that imformation untill congress began looking into the matter. Then magically 5 months after it happened, Goodell told the press thats what Belichick told him.

It was never kosher before 2006, its always been the same rule. And the Patriots broke it. They knew about it, they continued anyway.

Just as the pass inteference rule was the same before 2004, but a memo was issued that the league would no longer tolerate the pass interference it had tolerated up until 2004.

That was a memo regarding the degree of enforcement of an onfield rule.

Videotaping has always been illegal with no budge-room, and the 2006 memo was a reminder of the rule, not an amendment of current practice.

And a rule is a rule is a rule. Pass interfernce or filming. You're the only nitwit who doesn't understand that.

Issue a reminder to read the rulebook then. Mentioning filming wasn't necessary.

Congress? No. Congress couldn't have cared less about it. Arlen Specter got involved. In case you didn't know, Comcast is a huge campaign contributer of Specter's. They line his pockets. Did you also know that Comcast was in a huge battle with the NFL over viewing rights (a dispute which got very, very ugly)? Hmmmm. Is it possible to draw a conclusion here?

I guess you should tell that to teams who videotape every week.

WHAT? Congress did not get involved. All you had was the Comcast Stooge, Arlen Specter, rattling his sabre. He was all BLUSTER. All the other members of the committee that he's on said that they would not convene an investigation because it wasn't their place.

You're a total friggin idiot if you think that Goodell didn't make enough of a big deal of this.

I am going to ask you one final time.

Please explain how what the Patriots did was worse than cheating the salary cap by almost 35 million (when the cap was only 70 million) the way the Broncos did. Please explain how it was worse than the violations committed by the 49ers.

Until you can do such a thing, this whole spiel about Goodell not doing enough is just the fantasy of some ignorant turd.

BTW, SFBs, videotaping the plays is NOT ILLEGAL. Its not even against the rules. However, the rules state it can only be done from certain areas of the stadium. Again, you don't have your facts right. So, please zip your lips.

The problem with clowns like NFL Truth is that Spy gate goes against all logic.

I love getting into the meat and potato's of how the Pats really benefited from the videotaping. Matt Walsh (who was trying to hurt the Pats) admitted that the tapes never left his possession until after the game. So that eliminates any advantage the Pats offense had in THAT game. Logic also tells you that teams change their signals from game to game, even half to half, quarter to quarter in allot of cases. If all that is true.... which it is..... Logic tells you the only thing you can benefit from the taping is the same thing you would gain from team scouting.... Every NFL team has scouts at the game scouting personnel packages. Taping would make it much easier to pick up on sub packages, and how quickly the signaler gets the plays into the defense. I have a reliable source that claims the main reason for the taping is to know which teams are slow to get calls into the defense for the no huddle offense.

Just for fun.... lets say the Pats play the Jets and videotape the whole game. Walsh turns over the tapes to Billy B. In preparation for the second meting vs. the Jets.... do you honestly think Bill and Josh are going are going to base their entire game plan on what the Jets coaches used for signals months ago.... give me a *ucking break.

Comeback when you start using your brain.... NFL Truth = Clown

My guess is that he is just a pissed off Steeler fan. Steeler fans seem to hate the Pats the most. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Pats denying them three trips to the SB.

New England Patriots record after spy gate

That’s right 23-3…..suck it

So you are taking Matt Walsh's word now? Problem is the Pats very much used the tapes during the game, and then knew the plays before they came.

Proof? No? Didn't think so.

I think I've been as welcoming of you as anyone here, and have cut you some slack, but every time you make this same assertion without a shred of proof, it just corroborates a little more what everyone else has been saying about you.

LOL so now BB is to blame for the actions of mangini. wow you really are wacked out

The Patriots DID NOT use the tapes during the games. How many people have to mention that it was not possible for that to be done before you figure it out?

They "knew" the plays before they were called because the Patriots do intense scouting of the opposition. And please STFU with your idiotic rhetoric about the Patriots having cheated so much prior to getting caught that they didn't need the tapes anymore. I have news for you, moron, the Bills changed coaches 3 times from 2000-2006. Miami changed 3 times as well. The Jets changed twice. Care to explain how taping Dave Wannstedt would help the Patriots win against Nick Saban? It wouldn't.

Every time you open your mouth, you prove, even more, how much of an idiot you are. How you can't be taken seriously and that you are nothing but a joke.

100% correct

No one said stealing signals against Wannstedt helped against Sban, stealing signals against Saban helped against Saban. Knowing the plays before they come, getting that info thru illegal means, etc.

Yeah, they sure did help us during that shut-out in 2006.
