Couldn't agree more. This years team has the potential to be one of the youngest Patriot teams in years with the number of quality impact rookies selected this year. Also, with Brandon Tate and Tyrone McKenzie hopefulyl fit again there's another 2 1st year players to factor in as well! Excting...

They intend to start Bruce Campbell at RG, rather than bury him on the depth chart at tackle. Seems like another shrewd move as they had success moving Gallery from tackle to guard last season. More evidence that Senile Al isn't running the show in Oakland anymore???

Great post. Spikes, Gronk and Mesko will contribute from day 1. McCourty, Hernandez and Cunningham will improve as the year progresses and see their roles increase. I get the impression that the emphasis has been placed fully on guys who play full tilt, are passionate and have leadership skills...

Considering most people felt a little disappointed after Rd 1, I am over the moon with the outcome of this draft. The extra picks we were able to pick up makes next years draft exciting already. The only down side of the entire 2010 draft was the Raiders making some excellent pick ups in Rds 1-3...
