That horrific 2006 AFCCG *shudders*, and the 2013 AFCCG

It's time to smash Horse Face. It's time to shut up the idiotic Bronco fans, the doubters, the refs, the media, and end Horse Face's career, and hear the announcers cry while the Patriots go back to the SB looking for their 2nd Lombardi trophy in a row!

Let's go Pats!

But that was when he could still throw the ball. It will be nice to both beat Manning and get a win in Denver.

and this time we will eliminate him from the NFL

i think BB understands the magnitude of making the media's QB look like a fool vs his defense. it is manning vs BB defense after all

Neither of those games are important. 2006 we shouldve won, and 2013 our offense and defense were BAD and missing very important players.

New year and healthiest we've been since starting 10-0. They play Pats ball and its on to SB50.

Manning, in fact brought up BB's name in his post game press conference. so BB is already in his head ;)

2006 was horseshit (no pun intended). Caldwell got mugged in the end zone. And the faceguarding on Hobbs to gift them a touchdown.

both of those games were BS. look who tom was throwing the ball to.
caldwell, mulligan, slater, austin collie, etc..

Manning, with the "greatest offense of all time." put up only 26 points against a defense with no Dline, and with Dennard as our #1 CB, with Gregory starting at safety, with Arrington playing on the outside, and with Ryan as a rookie.

Players that caught balls in the '13 AFCC

Julian Edelman
Shane Vereen
Austin Collie
Michael Hoomananwaui
Aaron Dobson
Matthew Mulligan

Players that should be available to catch balls Sunday

Julian Edelman
Rob Gronkowski
Danny Amendola
Brandon LaFell
Keshawn Martin
James White
Brandon Bolden
Scott Chandler
Steven Jackson

Manning shredded NE in that game. It was very bad.

And the defense was decimated too. heck, in 2013, we might have done better playing these guys...

I'm hoping that this year is a repeat of 2 years ago and before you all start hitting the dislike button, let me 'splain.

The Broncos were the better team that year. Keep in mind we were coming off the worst offseason any team has ever had in the history of sport and still made the AFCCG, but you have to tip your hat and give the devil his due.

That year, we still managed to scrap an OT victory over them in the regular season, a game we arguably didn't deserve to win, but fell in the playoffs.

I see parallels to this year. The Patriots are the better team, especially when healthy. The Broncos managed to beat us in the regular season in OT in a game they clearly didn't deserve to win. If the pattern holds, the better team will win the CCG.

The 2006 game was 9 years ago and we had 1 offensive weapon (Edelman) and a pretty depleted/never that good in the first place defense in 2013. I'm much more worried about the fact that we lost in Denver last November.

I do like that idea. I forgot about the regular season OT parallels. But the home field advantage shifted from us to them in 2013, and it remains theirs this time. I just hate what happens to teams in Denver.

We were even more depleted on offense last November than we were in 2013....
