Julian Edelman - Did Not Need X-Ray

Quick tip: "Julian Edelman went in for check-up x-rays following the game" drives nowhere near as much traffic as "Julian Edelman seen walking with a limp into the x-ray room". 95% of web entities have no idea how to effectively monetize web content and accordingly do so using the CPM model. That means every click is worth dorra. It logically follows that the media outlets are incentivized to write baseless clickbait leads to drive larger CPM invoices. Run ad-block and don't click. Easy fix.

This paranoia/social media nonsense has reached a level which is impossible to exceed. I really have come to believe that some here actually LIKE bad news...and are too disappointed to go to bed without some. Must be a great life, but thanks anyway.

He might not need an x-ray because of an additional injury or aggravating the old one but the trainers might have wanted to take an x-ray to see how his foot held up after playing a full game.

Be careful...sensible, logical thinking on this type of health stuff doesn't play well around here lately...

At some point after or around the victory over the Rams in 2001, Red Sox "the comeback", a few excellent trades by the Celts and the Chara era, any fan of Boston sports would not need to "come to believe" some people like bad news, you would already know it as fact :)

Straggler, I really am chuckling as I read the above, because I'm old enough to have gone to my first RS game as a freckled youngun of 9 in 1957 to watch Ted Williams, Willard Nixon and the rest take on **** Tomanek and the Indians. You clearly know of which you write...:)

Now Edelman has a back problem.

Damn the bad luck.

Damn Jackson - you're a Patriot fan OG. First 'Boston misery' memories for me only go back as far as the Pudge game 6 but ending in a game 7 series loss to Cincy, the 'Goodbye Chuckie' game to the Oilers(I believe), and the playoff game where the Bruins finally! had a big series clinching third period lead on Dryden/Canadiens only to blow it. You've probably got some extra interesting Boston Sports fan misery moments you lived through.
Fortunately the last decade+ has been quite the turnaround for what otherwise was the fan base, except the Celts, that not only expected bad news but a fandom seemed to thrive on it.

This is one of those stories I fear for some idiotic reason that can get blown out of the water and be made into something completely different by some mediotic tweeter who will make it different than it really is... particularly as Goodell's henchman, Kensil was lurking.

Paranoia strikes deep..

Okay, I see it here now--middle of the second page.
