What an overrated jerk that guy is.I would add Caldwell, Campbell, Mularkey, Pagano (obviously), Payton, and possibly Fisher and McCoy

Or hire Kevin Spacey to imitate himI think there's a good chance of it, especially if they go to LA, in which case Kroenke would most likely hire Al Pacino.

Hasn't won more than 8 games since 2009 and that was the year. Hasn't been to the playoffs since then either.somehow fisher with a worse record than kelly will keep his job
I was sure Khan already said Bradley would be back.Gus Bradley is another one:Jaguars have a Gus Bradley problem
The Jags have the 4th most cap space, a good young QB in Bortles, good young skill guys in RB Yeldon and WR's Robinson and Hurns, a good young OL when Linder comes back next year and currently own the 6th pick in the draft.
The defense (esp the secondary) needs some playmakers (8 picks). The owner wants results and this looks like a team that could be on the rise. A coaching staff change and infusion of more top D talent could make this team very interesting next year.
Sorry, but I gotta disagree with you, there, Bro.
Fisher is an exceptional Jerk.

I see it as a tough call on the Jags(I may be the only one). While the best the Jags can do is end with 6 wins that would be their most wins since 2010. Further, most of their losses this year were tight scores resulting in maybe their best +/- since 2004 (if the Houston game is close it will be).
A perennial bottom feeder showing signs of life may not be a good time to change HC/regime. I'd frame the question like this: Will a new unproven regime provide a better chance at 2016 success than the known commodity whose latest results provided a clear glimmer of hope?
It's a fragile thing to change the almost decade long perennially loser mindset (look at how the Jets have been unable to shake it for decades). Even the slightest change in current could put see them slip backwards into the old mindset. So unless they have a known commodity waiting to take over at HC (Bill Cower, John Gruden or some other vet coach who has examples of multiple successes on his resume), I suggest it is better to stick with the existing regime to see if what they did this year is a sign of continued improvement in 2016.
