This comes from a BUF beat/sideline reporter that has access to team facilities and practices, so I'm guessing is not bogus.

Either way, no Ted Wells investigation for this?? Where is Mark Brunnell to cry about the integrity?

This issue will be swept under the rug by major networks because is not the Patriots, as usual.

Other than the tampering wrist-slap, has any team ever been punished for any cheating against the Pats?

It was caught on video. They played the horn during the snap. Commissioner Orwell on the case.

It's a real horn, they found a loophole, good for them. I'm cool with it. It's just a shame that if we did this, it would be national news for years.

Oh, that does make sense. Well played, Buffalo.

I doubt that loophole exists. If so every team would just give fans foghorns. It isn't a big deal, but don't blow smoke up our asses, the **** was on TV. Guarantee if the Pats handed out fog horns the would be a ten jillion dollar fine.

Crowd noise helps the home team, any idiot can squeeze a foghorn. Are the y gonna allow it or not?

Because arbitrarily allowing it for those that please the king is the worst possible application of a rule.

I think there should be a fabricated or otherwise situation every game by the Patriots. Since the league is so concerned with integrity, they should follow up every complaint. lol

Funny how there's always a loophole when it's the Patriots opponents cheating.

Jets got away with video taping by having the guy wear a lime green vest.

Bills use an actual train horn instead of a tape recording of one.

Really, really weak loopholes but the NYFL are running this crap after all.

Scope of the investigation:

1. Were the Patriots the affected team? Yes

2. Clear the Bills of any wrong doing.

What wrist slap? the league didn't even acknowledge it did they?

I hope to see an explanation of what sets this apart from the Falcons' noise violation, mostly out of morbid curiosity.

wow. NFL has a randomness of punishment problem, not an integrity problem (other than in the park ave offices)

Probably would have lost a 2016 2nd or 3rd rounder

Disagree, it would have been seen as considerably worse than the previous 2 gates.
