NY Post feeds the morons of NYC...

Chris "Find a Fall Guy" Carter on Mike & Mike this morning (I was channel surfing when I heard this one, and then quickly moved on- honest).

"Well it might have been different if Wells had been more thorough in his investigation....."

Pandering to the know-they-are-guilty-but-dont-have-any-evidence crowd, and member of the doubling-down-on-stupid fraternity.

Lol gotta love when they try to say both sides looked bad. If there's no evidence of wrong doing, why are they so sure he did it?

Wow....but not surprised.

This is the thing everyone needs to understand. The haters will hate. The believers will still believe. The ruling doesn't change anything.

I had it out (sports-wise) with a couple of close friends who are Jets and Browns fans. They called to congratulate. All along they agreed that the NFL railroaded Tom from the start. Just to preface it these are intelligent people. They are reasonable, good guys. But no matter what I say, no matter how many times I talk about Ideal Gas Law, talk about 2/10s of PSI, etc. it doesn't matter. They get it. They understand it. They have taken the time to read a good chunk of the contextreport. It makes total sense to them. They still think something happened that wasn't on the up-n-up. That "Patriots Cheat" narrative is tattooed on their brains and there is nothing that can be done to change it.

That right there is the damage from Spygate.

It's amazing how few people have a problem with the NFL lying and literally creating evidence against a guy because the NFL couldn't actually find anything in the first place.

It's almost like they haven't followed the thing. Weird.

Chris Carter has weighed in:

"Well it might have been different if Wells had been smart enough to have a fall guy. After I got kicked off the Eagles for doing too much cocaine I was never without one, in fact that's the reason I had a son, so I could blame him if anything went wrong after I was out of football and the homies I paid to be my friends and take the blame had done moved on to another athlete. Must be at least 7-8 guys still doin' time for sh.t I done well done, but hey man that's the price they paid for gettin' to be around me. I'm dope man."

They wrongly think "it" is at all plausible.

They reasonably conclude he was hiding SOMETHING by maintaining his telephone privacy.

So they infer that what he was hiding was a deflation scheme that nobody has ever been able to spell out because there isn't any version of it that makes sense.

At least Chris Carter is finally being honest with us, and most importantly, with himself.

Mad Dog Russo is on WEEI and feels Judge Berman did a horrible job with his decision although he has not read the decision and since he was off yesterday doesn't know the details of the decision.

I turned on Mike & Mike this morning. Interested to see what the CW would be. They had Bob Ryan on, and the first thing I heard him say was, "if this was any other team, they would have gotten a phone call from the league office the following day saying make sure you don't mess with the footballs, and then they would have gone to lunch."

And I thought, right on Bob, well said. Then he continued, "...but the Patriots are treated differently, and for good reason."

And that was all I needed. Off it went, god deliver me from the legions of morons in the world. Go out to pasture, Bob. What a joke.

Russo is scum.

they know the truth? what a rag

Even New Yorker's know that the Post is total joke. It's about as well regarded as the National Inquirer even in NY. The only people who take it seriously are the mentally disturbed people you see talking to themselves on the streets of NYC.
