"Hey Berman! You can't tell us what to do!" - NFL

Bet he will love reading that garbage.

NFL: "The CBA provides that these questions were for the Commissioner to answer. Under the law, his judgment cannot be disturbed"

I had to read that three times because it honestly struck me as satire the first few times. I still feel like I should confirm this is a legitimate twitter handle and not the Onion or something. Really?

This is like when I was a kid and my father grounded me for a week for not doing my homework before dinner and I asked how he could give me such an unfair punishment and his response was "Because I said so".

Anyone have the link to the NFL brief?

if brady loses im done watching the nfl.
the whole thing is a sham. i love how tom isn't backing down to ****sucker goodell.

I used to think that way but the NFL really made a mistake by filing in NY. This judge is allowing us to see everything in public. So with all this info even if Brady loses the battle I can confidently say it's been proven he didn't do anything. And I will stand behind Tom. Another QB like him may never come around again. I hope he achieves his goal and plays 7-8 more years with 3 or more sb appearances and at least one more sb win.

NFL: "Supreme Court precedent precludes a retrial of Brady’s disciplinary appeal in this Court. But that is precisely what the Union seeks"

What is this crap? Nash said the same thing that day. Any one explain what he means ? That the judge cannot ovverule NFL ? then why even file this before the NFLPA in court and why hasnt the judge thrown this case out yet ? Maybe I dont follow.

"Yeah, you cant disturb Roger's judgement" "And as soon as he makes up his mind on what that judgement will be about we will let you know" - NFL

I know, it's absurd. The NFL is literally saying that judge Berman has no right to question the conclusions that they specifically asked him to validate. It is dumbfounding.

Or that Goodell's findings "cannot be disturbed", even if he's the ONE THAT DISTURBED THEM.

"Brady's disagreement with factual findings?" That is the problem...there are no facts.

NFL: "Y'all can't retry this in court! Court has no place here! Oh also we were the ones who filed first but don't worry about that."

"Well your honor, he cooperated with us but obstructed the investigation." - NFL
