BRADY DESTROYED HIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Gave to assistant to be disposed of" is the same thing as "destroyed".... Right?

I'll be interesting if Steven A. Smith ever addresses the subject again. On second thought...nah, it won't be. :D

Maybe Iam biased but I dont know how anyone can think he is making a lie. Must be a professional conman if he is.

I bet the reason he was po'd about the Jets game ball was because of how it flew through the air. More air, more float. Can throw a pass of by enough to make it incomplete I imagine.

That's what I get from this.

Cue Mark Bunell- "Football isn't golf. You grip the sh*t out of the football when you throw it. At least I did so I am so sad that Brady lied. Someone get me a tissue.."

Millionaires and lawyers questioning each other and paying several million dollars for reports and retorts on air pressure inside of footballs.....

Seriously, did no one in that office sit back for a second and think, "Are we really doing this right now?"
Overestimating their intelligence and underestimating their arrogance and ego.

More Kessler interviewing Vincent. I hope my observations aren't annoying anyone:

Q. Let me ask you next about the following. Are

2 you aware -- let's take a look at NFLPA Exhibit 177.

3 You will see this is a report quoting Aaron Rodgers

4 that took place during the November 30th game

5 between the Packers and the Patriots.

6 And you will see that Mr. Rodgers was quoted

7 as saying, "I like to push the limit to how much air

8 we can put in the football, even go over what they

9 allow you to do and see if the officials take air

10 out of it."

11 Do you see that?

12 A. Yes.

13 Q.
Did you or anyone in your office conduct any

14 investigation of Mr. Rodgers for making that

15 statement?

16 A. No, sir.

Q. Would you agree with me that if Mr. Rodgers

18 was pushing the limit of how much air could be in a

19 football, that that would be him at least being

20 generally aware of activities to try to violate the

21 NFL rules regarding pressure for footballs?

22 A. The way I'm reading, this is a post-game

23 comment and there is no need for us to react or

24 overreact.

25 Q. So this was not important enough for you to

DIRECT/VINCENT/KESSLERPage 249

1 react to Mr. Rodgers saying he liked to push the

2 limit and see if officials caught it; that was not a

3 serious thing for you to react?

4 A. In a post-game interview. Because if the

5 testing of the games (sic) pre-game and all balls

6 were in regulation, there is no need for us to react

7 for post-game comment.

Q. So in your view, Mr. Rodgers not even being

9 investigated and Mr. Brady being suspended for four

10 games for allegedly being generally aware of someone

11 else's activities, you think that's a consistent

12 treatment, in your mind?

13 A. This is a post-game comment.

Overestimating their intelligence and underestimating their arrogance and ego.

I guess I am...

I mean good grief, some of this is cringeworthy to read as fiction, let alone believe happened in real life.

A billion dollar organization took an unverified report of air pressure to this point, it's flabbergasting....

It's over 400 pages, and WEEI is actually printing it out as I post. I'll edit this post to add a link when one becomes available.

Please interpret the "useful" rating as a "thank you". :)

This is the best example I've seen yet at how much of a sham this truly was. Excellent work by Kessler.

Iam not reading twitter or another media except here because Iam sure other people are putting out stuff not favorable to brady. So if there is anything controversial , please post here.

So Brady not handing over the phone he was not legally required to and wells said himself he didn't want hurt Brady's credability in wells' opinion.

What a sham.

Petulant child.

Good idea

@AdamSchefter: Interesting in Brady arbitration transcript, Loren Reisner was "independent investigator", yet he was conducting cross examination for NFL.
Kesseler already said that and goodell also wrote in his report that even if the investigation was done by someone in the NFL he would still believe it. In other words 'independent investigation' was just PR talk.

Iam glad it got released just because its out there that brady admitted no guilt under oath. So the settlement talks can start from there.
