Unfortunately, they'll say Brady is a stinking cheater who got off light due to loopholes.

Based on your quote there, I suspect Kraft has hated and butted heads with Pash for a long time, when they were collaborating on various league issues.

I hope not. That would be flat out wrong. The judge is required to rule according to the letter of the law and precedence. He can't rule against someone in spite of that person not settling.

I'm seeing an exoneration after the NFL refuses to back down.

I think the Judge was essentially telling the NFL to back down by telling both parties to reach agreement, and that he would make public documents that the league wanted sealed.

If he's aware of the case, as has been reported, then he knows the Wells Report is ****. He knows Tom isn't backing down so that was basically for Goodell's ears.

pash would've rep'd the league when belichick hired kessler to file the antitrust suit when he was chewing his leg off to get out of nyj -- that allowed kraft to poach him.

also, pash was lead attack dog in 2007 on cameragate, and here's a blurb from a story about that mcdaniels thing in denver with the video:

no, I'm no lawyer but I believe all he can do is threaten and rule either or.
he's threatening to push them into settlements outside court so his court isn't infested by this flea circus
