Judge Berman has to agree to the expedited briefing schedule. If he does not (which is very possible) Brady's team will most likely file for an injunction.So if it doesn't get resolved by than what happens?

The judge will either approve or deny the motion.
If he approves it, then the briefings will happen as proposed and the judge will issue a decision by 4 Sept (why else would he grant the motion if he wasn't going to do his part?).
If he denies the motion then presumably the NFLPA will seek an injunction/TRO and things will take place on the standard schedule.
