I wish Tom would come out as angry as his father is!
I am 100% sure that Tom Sr. is speaking as much for Tom Jr. as he is for himself. It would be nice to hear it from the horse's mouth though.

Tom Brady FU tour Part 2. This is going to be a fun season.

Yeah, it's really fun how the d-bags who make up most of sports journalism now have weaponry (no matter how silly and bogus) when wanting to take down everything Tom Brady accomplished in the last decade and a half. Great!

Are people just going to ignore this? I'm not saying Brady's guilty, but it definitely doesn't help and in the court of public opinion he pretty much is guilty

I took it as an absolute certainty that the Patriots began talking to one another about this after that Monday. Absolutely. Hell, Patricia even did an experiment on the balls. How else would Brady and Belichick say they are confident that no one involved with the balls did this? They could only do it if they talked to them.

As a matter of fact, unless Brady suspected there would be a huge investigation in which people turned over cell phones, his texts here are innocuous and not indicative of a cover up.

If Brady's guilty, THE smart move is for him to let others speak in his defense, force the league to rule, and then appeal.

Blakeman & Prioleau re-measure balls @ 1/2. Both get v-diff readings. 3 IND balls under as well(Prioleau). Reliable?[/QUOTE The odd thing about this is that Prioleau's readings were consistently .35-.4 higher than Blakeman's for the Patriot's balls and around .4 lower for the Colts'. You would think that there would be some consistency. And why were they up to a half pound off of each other?

This is Framegate. New Orleans has restaurants that ban Roger Goodell, i think all of NE should ban Goodell.

It's all silly because as @Dr Pain says, only 3 of the balls are really coming in under the scientifically expected level and it's only by a very small amount. However, this is assuming that every single ball was inflated to EXACTLY 12.5 PSI, which we can be sure was not the case, since the measurements were not taken pregame and all we have to go off of is Anderson's memory. Most likely, 3 of the balls were a little below 12.5 PSI, leading to those 3 balls being a little below 11.27 PSI at halftime. Similarly, some were likely above 12.5 PSI, leading to the footballs coming in above 11.27.

Never turn over anything without a warrant.

Let me repeat that:

Never turn over anything without a warrant.
I feel like there will come a day where I will have a flashback to this post.

I just did a simple statistical analysis to see if there was a significance difference between the IND and the NE balls, after adjusting for the fact that there were measurements from both refs and that the Pats balls started out .5 PSI less. The Pats balls were statistically significantly under-inflated .

I am not saying that this proves that they cheated; there are many explanations for this. All I am saying that this result is unlikely due to RANDOM error. I.e. there was something systematic going on.

I would be happy to share the R code, if anyone wants to test it themselves BTW.

"we will accept the findings of the report and take the appropriate actions based on those findings as well as any discipline levied by the league.”

This Kraft statement bothers me more than the Wells report. If Kraft doesn't care enough about this team to fight for it, why should I care about it?

I don't think Tom would lower himself to the level of Wells and Godell (and the media) by giving a statement.

It won't be a coincidence when Walter Anderson is named the ref of SB 50. Just watch.

"F*ck you Wells,
My husband cannot f*cking throw, catch and let out the air of the ball at the same time."

Now will people start to believe me when I keep stating that Goodell is out to get us. Of course this is much worse than I expected, but not unsurprising. The information has been masterfully slanted to get the desired results.

Can there be any doubt that Goodell had prior knowledge to what was going to be published today. That would explain the Charlie Rose comment. It's been a set up from the get go, and a successful one as far as I can see. The terms "likely" and "most probably" and all the other qualifiers will be quickly transposed into facts and unqualified guilt by the rabid media, headed by ESPN.

We can fight it as much as we can, but we can't overcome the media avalanche that is about to hit. I'm at a loss at what to do.
