And this fact will be completely ignored. Where is the investigation into the Colts. Patriots got investigate on hearsay over one call. Colts balls being under is not hearsay and in fact has been known about by the league for 3 months.

exactly.

this is very similar to spygate. the whole media was out with pitchforks to kill the pats and goodell reacted with swift decision to fine and dock draft picks. no reason to believe he wont discipline heavily to satisfy the media

So much for "Sharks of Vegas" being right about everything, and the idea of everyone else being punished.

Brady needs to take the offensive on this thing. He really does. This concerns his legacy now. That shouldn't be trivial to him. Kraft can't go after these guys, but Brady can.

First thing he should do is ask Wells for access to his emails, & cell phone. It's no big deal right?

Just because brady wanted balls deflated does NOT mean he wanted them UNDERINFLATED. Like the text said the bad were at 16 psi and felt like bricks so he wanted them deflated.

Well I used to post on another site with fans of other teams but **** it now, just gonna be you guys.
I used to be on KFFl for my entire teenage and young adult years. Came he within the last 8-9 years (29 years old now) after just non stop harassment and trolling and spamming on other sites.

Kraft's stance makes as little sense as the report

League: Even tough we have no proof, you're guilty and you'll be punished.

Kraft: Even though we strongly disagree with the findings, conclusion and methodology we'll submissively accept any and all punishment. What a coward.

Exactly, he may have just been saying he wanted them as low as legally possible.

It's the Colts. Those 4 footballs are the only balls they have.
If that was a joke I didn't get it. I am pretty sure both teams had 12 footballs each...

I have to completely agree with this.

BUT (devils advocate here)

What is he supposed to say? We refuse to deal with how the NFL is handling this? Piss off 31 other owners and their staff?

Lol so pointing out something in the report that no one has mentioned makes me a troll.

Again, I'm the biggest Brady fan there is and this whole thing is so stupid since we clearly didn't need deflated balls to win the superbowl. But considering the Brady/Pats haters there are and the joke the NFL has become in terms of suspensions I can easily see them suspending Brady just because of this and the court of public opinion.

No showing up today and killing the GOAT QB makes you a liar when you claim to be a Brady fan.

F OFF.

I wonder why Brady claimed he didn't even know McNally's name when that is obviously false. I wonder why he didn't provide his text messages on this subject (which he is entitled to do obviously) if he had nothing to hide.

Why should Brady give his text messages to this farcical witch hunt. Wells and Goodell are the scum of the earth and a waste of life.

Without regard the damage has been done, USA today is saying the "Pats Cheated their way to the Superbowl".. then then asterisk stuff will start and Marshal Faulk will Orgasm on the NFL Network.

If they try and suspend Brady for the year he has a right to appeal. A neutral unbiased arbitrator will hear the case. The NFL has higher burden to show wrong doing. I highly doubt any arbitrator would uphold a suspension based on a probable not a substantive case with clear findings of wrong doing.
If they suspend Brady for a year, I wouldn't be surprised if he just said, **** it, and retires. He doesn't have anything else to prove, he is one of the top 3 QBs of all time, no matter how you slice it.

You know, after 4 months I was expecting some real evidence

What I got what the biggest of a reach just to find the pats guilty and move on.

This is bull and for kraft to accept this without proof tells me he had zero intentions of ever taking brady side

@ESPNNFL: Jeff Saturday discusses the Wells report, and expresses his disappointment in Tom Brady.

Atleast he didn't disappoint you as much as Forehead.

No, one of them requires evidence. You can't have 50.1% of zero. Was there any evidence?

There is evidence. We've discussing it. You seem to be confusing evidence with "evidence I like and/or accept". They are not the same thing.

Tom Brady Sr. tells @ByJimCorbett: "I don't have any doubt about my son's integrity — not one bit."

"This thing is so convoluted. ... They say that possibly — possibly — he was aware of this. The reality is if you can't prove he did it, then he's innocent, and lay off him. That's the bottom line."

Brady Sr. went on to strongly state the NFL was far more concerned about is image than that of the three-time Super Bowl MVP, long one of the faces of the league.

"The league had to cover themselves," said Brady Sr. "The reality is they had no conclusive evidence.

"This was Framegate right from the beginning."

Brady Sr. also said the Wells report contradicted itself after finding four of the Colts' footballs were underinflated along with 11 of 12 used by New England.

"How can Tommy defend himself? It's impossible," Brady Sr. said. "This is so distorted. To have something come out like this and say it's more probable than not? What does that mean?

"I'm watching the NFL Network saying he could be fined and suspended. Are you kidding me?

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots are cheaters

Brady and Patriots coach Bill Belichick vehemently denied any knowledge of deflated footballs in January. The league mandates each ball fall within an inflation tolerance between 12½ and 13½ pounds per square inch.

Team owner Robert Kraft vigorously defended both Brady and Belichick in the week before the Patriots' Super Bowl XLIX win against the Seattle Seahawks. Brady won his third Super Bowl MVP award after that game.

"They had to protect their asses, and that's what they're doing," Brady Sr. said. "I just read that four Colts balls were underinflated. Amazing. Amazing.

"They're saying he's possibly aware. ... How do you put a cloud over somebody like this?

"To impugn somebody without conclusive evidence saying this is more probable than not? The reality is they have scientific evidence. Now they're overriding the scientific evidence and badgering the Patriots. It's disgusting."

"There was definitely a sting going on," said Brady Sr. "And as much as the Colts knew there was going to be a sting, they still had four underinflated balls.

"I just don't know how they can impugn someone like this."
