SNF: Bengals @ Steelers

So, Peyton Manning is SI's Sportsman of the Year despite winning nothing. You go logic.

It's like staying at a Holiday Inn Express.

Why the **** is Peyton Manning Sportsman of the Year????

Because when it really counts doesn't start until 2014, where he's 9-11 all time. He's the greatest up-until-16-games-have-gone-by of all time

I'm still surprised that Peter King can even talk with Manning's junk in his mouth.

I dont think seattle is getting there. going to be SF I think.

no way SAN FRAN goes to Seattle and wins if it was in SF yeah

Peyton won't even put up 17 on Seattle and Mr Russell last name Wilson is dropping at least 35 on that sorry ass D

Brady against that secondary is what everyone wants to see, only problem is we need whatever weapons we have left healthy. Hopefully Dobson and Kenbrell will give us our deep threat back.

Oh and Lynch will destroy the morale of Denver within the 1st quarter. Honestly that reality check Seattle got is going to make them scary.

This is all subjective because Peyton won't make it to NYC anyway

Lets be real. Manning with his full complement of WRs is what 'everyone' wants to see vs that secondary, not our pats beat our WR core, except us pats fans.
I fear if he gets to the SB, he will get a lot of calls in the game.

Manning's likely to throw for 50 touchdowns and 5,000 yards at 37, 2 years after he couldn't throw a ball 10 feet. He's quite worthy.

@SI_PeterKing 12 months ago @rafaelnadal couldn't walk, now he finishes 2013 #1? was he (or Serena) even considered or is tennis DOA at SI?

peter king so full of it. this is all about media positioning for better relationships and interviews. And these are the people who vote for MVP and HOF.

Manning in NYC in Feb? With all those receivers he'd get embarrassed by one of the toughest D's we've seen in a while and that would be the worst looks on him considering the sheer talent he has at his disposal.

That may very well happen but no one is saying we want to see what brady with edelman and dobson and amendola can fare vs the Seattle secondary right now .Most want to see that matchup of those WRs from denver with manning vs the seattle secondary.

Put it this way i'm convinced that he couldn't even beat a banged up Pats team in Jan let alone a pretty formidable Seahawks.

No one has even considered Harvin returning for the playoffs, probably the most dynamic threat in the league.

No team has a chance if they get him up and running fully.

Sure , Iam just responding to your statement that "Brady against that secondary is what everyone wants to see". Dont think that is the case at all.

That should do it. This week has pretty much turned into a wash.

Maybe so, but no fan wants to see Peyton's sorry ass choke yet again when it counts. With Tom you know you are getting his best no matter what. He's the greatest for a reason you know.

It'd be sweet if the ravens lost tomorrow night

I called it :D
I said the Patriots having a first round bye in their own destiny was still most likely at hand......and here it is. I just had faith Cincy would stumble.

Now let's beat the Ravens and wrap up a bye at home against the Bills.

I'm only a Cats fan when they are from Detroit!
