Default The Official Patriots vs Texans game thread

Please post your comments, knee jerk reactions, and insightful observations both prior to and during tonight's game between the Patriots and Texans.

Looks like it's going to be wet, cool, with a slight wind tonight. I don't know if that will give one team an advantage over the other or not.

Let's hope for a good game with no injuries and a Patriots victory!!!

Quote:
Gronk is out, but who else? The Patriots have declared just one player, tight end Rob Gronkowski, out for tonight's game. That leaves six others to deactivate, and the team also needs to make a move to reach the 53-man limit that is required on a game day. The likely maneuver is for running back Brandon Bolden, coming off of a four-game suspension, to be reinstated to the roster. We'll soon find out.
We know Bolden is activated, so Pats are at 53.

This is what football is all about in the regular season. A game like this with so much on the line. Win it and there is a real chance the Patriots could end up with the no.1 seed, lose it and its unlikely they will have a playoff bye week.

Really, really looking forward to this one. I think its an intriguing matchup too. The Pats D has been good against the run and since Talib came in the secondary has looked better I think.

Hopefully our OL can do a good job tonight and give Brady enough time to do his thing.

This has the feel of a SB kind of game. The last regular season game which I was so excited about was the 2009 game against New Orleans ... damn. We're screwed. Well, at least this one is at home. And it's a much, much better team.

Only two more hours of hearing that containing Arian Foster, Andre Johnson and JJ Watt is key to the Pats' chances of winning ....

If the Pats lose (I really hope they don't) blame it on my Brady jersey not arriving in time for tonight's game.
