Chris is probably the best game predictor on Inside The NFL.......here is to hope his prediction is dead wrong here.

FP - Bold Prediction Time: When Will First NFL Game Be Played This Year?

November 1st as a week 1 game will all but realistically screw the season....if it starts in November the whole season deserves an asterisk after it and no matter who wins the SB,it's not going to feel OR be the same.

Some football may be better than no football, but I do agree that it won't feel like an official NFL season.

OTOH, I don't get home from Kabul until November, so the season starting then wouldn't bother me all that much.

Hopefully he is wrong because this prediction sucks.. OTOH both sides are waiting for litigation instead of negotiating.

if that is the case. then it sucks... really no football till nov... how can fans just be so casual about that.. well some football is better than no football.. that is garbage....

$5 dollars is better than $0 dollars.

Not ideal but I won't know what to do with Monday mornings between 1 and 4AM without football to watch.. sleep.. whatever!

Oh well I predict there will be no football in 2011 I guess in your mind this is better. Nowhere did anyone say that very little football was good simply better than none.

my kid plays club soccer anyway.......I'll just go watch all of his games instead......maybe even tailgate
