They called one illegal hands early on against the Chargers, basically to say, "knock it out," they got the facemask right, Triplette was all over the running into the kicker and avoided calling it a personal foul, and they let the players sort it out. Every side line play was perfect -- and there were a few.
There was only one bad call in the game that I saw. Steed missed the fact that a San Diego receiver had stepped out of bounds before catching the ball, which should have been an illegal touching penalty. But, in his defense, he was straightlined by the goal post and it was a bang bang play where he DID get the out of bounds call right.

I came out in the middle of the 3rd quarter and told my wife that thus far this is the best called game I have seen during the postseason.
I also thought the catch in the end zone should have been a penalty at first glance, but it should only be called if the player purposely runs out of bounds and/or does not try to re-establish himself inbounds. Neither of which is evident by the replay. Good non-call, IMO.
Great game for the refs.
