Default Which game does Tommy enter the Record Books?

Greetings all. Two questions : 1. Which game in your opinion does Brady break 49 and goes into NFL History. My hunch is the home game against no other than the ...... Jets ! Woudnt it be just sooo right and have him throw 6 in that welcome Mangini game !!
2. Could someone kindly tell me if the 49 held by Manning, was that achieved in regular season or play offs included ?
Many thanks and enjoy the bye week end. Personaly i am going to cheer Clevland and San Diego ! Peace . Abdul.

49 was just regular season.

I think...

Bills: 3 (36)
Eagles: 2 (38)
Ravens: 2 (40)
Steelers: 4 (44)
Jets: 5 (49)
Dolphins: 4 (53)
Giants: 2 (55)

You don't think he'll keep the "three per game" record going? I was amazed that in the Indy game, which seemed like such a struggle, Brady still managed to quietly keep that streak going.

That was more out of necessity to win vs just trying to keep a streak going lol.

My take:

Bills: 3 (36)
Eagles: 4 (40)
Ravens: 3 (43)
Steelers: 3 (46)
Jets: 4 (50)
Dolphins: 3 (53)
Giants: 3 (56)

As much as it seems unlikely to keep the 3 td/game streak going, I don't know where it would happen, except for the Giants. The Ravens & Steelers can play the run well, so Brady will have to make it happen with the pass imo.

The Eagles are terrible on defense and the Pats will probably put up some big points. I think Brady has three in that game.

The Ravens can stop the run. I think the Pats come out throwing in that game. Three TDs and an INT, more scores if he gets to beat up on back-up rookie CBs like Roethlisberger.

I don't know if I'd go all the way up to four against the Steelers.

Seven against the Jets...easy.

In light of Shula's recent remarks, I wouldn't discount Brady just tearing up that Dolphins D.

If they play only a half against the Giants two seems right.

Thumbs up Re: Which game does Tommy enter the Record Books?

One other record Tom is closing in on. His 35th TD pass this season will tie him with Grogan for most in team history with 182.

Then switch Ravens and Steelers. I think 55 is the magic number for this year. Absolutely unbelievable, by the way.

The 19th game of the season when he becomes the 2nd QB in history to win 4 SB's as a starter.

There's only two conclusions for Patriots fans on rookies. They are either a bust or being fitted for their bust in Canton.

I didn't actually know this one was coming up. Thanks for mentioning.
