I like Spann's attitude, like when he laid the first hit on Eric Parker when he muffed the punt in the Divisional Playoffs this past January. Spann was jumping up and down, and signaling the Pats had recovered the fumble long before David Thomas got up with the ball. Remember that?

I like Antwain Spann. He's been very good on ST coverage. And the team is really thin at CB, so getting some depth on the PS is fairly important.

He's played adequate dime corner, wouldn't be a disaster as a fourth corner.
