Late Sunday evening, there will be two seconds left on the clock. Pats ball at the Colts' 36yd line, trailing 30-28. Adam is 3-for-3 on his FG attempts, including one from 51yds. Gostkowski is 0-for-1 up to this point, missing from 47yds in the 1st half. Out he trots for the 54yd game-winner.
Patriot fans everywhere are praying the rook comes though. The dome is louder than it's been all game. Players on both sidelines are watching nervously as the teams line up for the kick. The refs blow the whistle to start the play clock and here we go...
Here's the snap. Good hold. Here's the kick. It's up...And.It.Is...
(Write your own ending here. No matter what the ending is, if something like this happens, I'll be smiling no matter what the outcome is. With everything else the way it has gone down this season, this is the only proper way for the AFCCG to be decided. )
Regards,
Chris

I think that fate has it in that it will come down to one of the two kickers. As long as we win, I don't care how many each kicker makes or misses.
He just wants to be the commissioner of the NFFL,"The National Flag Football League."....

Pats have 28, all by TDs. Gost missed his only FG attempt (which appears to be the difference so far), creating doubt that he's the guy that can send the Pats to the SB. Adam has been perfect to this point, making Colts fans glad they got him and perhaps creating doubt in Pats fans on whether they regret seeing Adam in a Colts uniform. This needs to be *the* setup for the drama to unfold.
