Question Pat Patriot or Flying Elvis?

As much as I think the old logo was cooler, I just can't bring myself to buy any Pats gear with Pat Patriot. Whenever I see old Pat, I simply associate him with the era of failure. Of course, the turnaround of the franchise had nothing to do with the unis - a better front office, better coaching & better players did the trick. Still, I can't shake the association and always get my stuff with flying Elvis. Anyone else feel the same way?

Flying Elvis, I liked good ol' Pat, but I prefer blue over red. Although after the second SB win I found a blue T-shirt with character similar to Pat Patriot, only much meaner waving a Patriots banner.

I understand what you're saying. I've been a Pats fan since the 70s. But, I'm a fan of the team today. And I show it with Flying Elvi.

I'm just glad I didn't grow up in the Cleveland area.
