Reuben Droughns and T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Droughns had the quietest 1,000 yard season you will ever see and Housh is overshadowed by his counterpart Chad Johnson.

I think it could be Terrence McGee from the Bills. He's might be the best KR in the NFL. But he's also emerging as a top CB and gets overshadowed, perhaps unjustly, by Nate Clements.

nice thread...i'm bored too (til June then I'll be gone)

a couple which haven't yet come up...

dan morgan
aaron smith
michael turner
warrick dunn was unbelievable in '05
lee evans
alge crumpler
heath miller
michael lewis

I know they get credit but I'm still amazed at what S.Moss and S.Smith did last year. and I'd definitely pay N.Rackers more than AV...the man is an all-around kicking machine.

in terms of QBs, I thought Simms was great in '05 and never really got due credit...I know we literall rolled over him, but I actually gained more respect for him in that effort...thought he showed some guts...and in the playoffs.

I have to agree with the Michael Turner selection. I watched him in college when I was at NIU and since then in the NFL. Although he hasn't seen as much PT as Willie parker, I think turner will make a great back apprenticing under LT.

Tommy Harris made me think of Nathan Vasher. I really like his game. The whole C Bears defense (omitting Urlacher) doesn't get enough credit individually yet.

Warrick Dunn is a good choice. He has 1100 and 1400 yards the last 2 years and no one talks about the guy.

Good point, mentioning Vasher. I compared him on a different thread to Champ Bailey, as he had about 30 or so tackles last year. In other words, QBs stay away from him.
