Default Should Hobbs have been returning kicks?

At the start of the game I did not feel good about Hobbs being back there. Yes, he did a good job during the year, but I felt the risk of hurting a starting CB and the fact that he was a rookie all added up to him not needing to be back there.

Davis is a vet KR and did a good job in CLE. Ditto Dwight. I felt both of them should have been back there all game.

Would we still lose the game if Hobbs isn't there? Who knows. Probably.

But I was just curious if any other fans, like myself, diasgreed with the move in foresight.

I did, but strictly because we're a Hobbs injury away from Hank Poteat playing every down. I have confidence in his hands and ability to take a hit.

Plus he cut loose a few times this year and it was worth the shot!
