Default Weather from Indy

I'm in Indy now and I doubt the roof will be open tonight. It's warm, in the 60s, but overcast. They are saying that the chance of rain will start some where around 6:00. It's around 30 to 40 percent chance of rain. Since there is no drainage under the field if there is a chance of rain, they likely will have it closed.

Thanks for the update. Does LOS have a noticeable noise difference with the roof closed? I would think so but these things aren't always obvious.

It's been open all season, so you would have to go back last year to compare. If memory serves, it is louder.

Therefore you'll find an excuse to close it tonight

Don't need to find one, it's built in.

The roof will be closed. Otherwise how will they cheat by pumping in crowd noise and then act holier than thou about sideline taping out in the open?

It woiuld have been closed regardless....and Pats fans shouldn't be pissed, any more than they would about having Manning play in the snow and cold in NE. Its part of the home field advantage, and why should the Colts give any part of it up. If its louder when the roof is closed, then by all means close the roof....even if the sun was shining. What would Pats fans think about if they could have a dome....and didn't use it.

BTW- This doesn't negate the fact the Polian is a scheming cheater and bully, who changed the game in order to favor his team

Yeah, that's how it works. Irony is claiming that someone is ignorant to the rules and then proving yourself to be.

Man I thought this was about the weather in Indy.

BTW, they have said the roof will indeed be closed.
