If you want to get there early I think front row is possible. In the past they have done this in different ways though. One year they only had a few sections open other years they had the whole lower seating open. If the whole thing is open they might not get every section for autographs and best section would be where the stairs are that the players go to the locker room through. For the most the Players try to be accomadating with the signings but no guarentees.
I like to sit in my own seat so I can see the talent from the angle I am used to watching from
