it appears that way, but i read on a couple of sites, that the date on a myspace page is not always correct. Something about logging in from a cellphone doesnt update the pages date. Thats why the police are having myspace.com check their server, and see when the post was really made.

Or it could be the key to pinpointing the person who really did it with CSIesque evidence pointing to someone else doing the crime.

PJ, believe me, the rumors going around Nashville get more bizarre by the hour. I think thats why the police suddenly backed away from the murder suicide thing, and decided to slow the media down. They're working through all these rumors, and thats probably the right thing to do. It wouldnt be the first time someone staged a murder/suicide. As much as ive read on this, im not sure im convinced she actually did it, but, im not a csi.

After the appearance of the posting I think it may come down to the CSI...it was them who solved the Craigslist killing, it may be them who solve the McNair killing.

Never had a doubt that they would b e involved(always are) but was thinking with the new information coming out it to me looks like it could be them who are going to find the truth of it all...good old science and technology over interviews and testimony.

I am not saying it is and I have no reason to say its even possible,but I think it could have been the possibility that McNair was secretly dating this woman and decided it was best to end the relationship and stay with his wife and wanted to end this relationship with this young woman and maybe she freaked out and wanted him for herself and decided it was either her or no one else and she took drastic measures by buying a gun - I don't know what really happened and neither does anyone right now, but if I had to guess that would be it.
