Good question from the OP, even if making predictions before Training Camps begin and important injuries are sorted out is a dangerous thing. Here's how I see it:

Bills: TO will end up being a case of "subtraction by addition;" the club still doesn't have a QB who can get the ball to him reliably and his frustration will grow as the season wears on. Add to that an HC of questionable judgment and, well, I don't see too much to worry about here.

Dolphins: Chad is a known commodity, both as to his strengths as well as to his weaknesses, meaning that he is a reliable, if not spectacular, producer. The braintrust is second only to the Pats in the Division. It will help a bit that D's will be ready for the Wildcat this year, but I see them as the greatest threat among the three.

Jests: They have definitely upgraded across the Board, but the truism that the most important position in all of sports is an NFL QB will haunt them. As much as I dislike Lord Favregaard's dramatics, no one can say that they are better off at that position this year than they were last year. Another long season in the Meadowlands, with pressure building to fix things before they occupy the new stadium.

Last season, I was projecting that the Bills would be a team that made a run but fell short in the end. I believe I said that they were still "a year away."

So, I'll go out on a limb and say that Buffalo is going to make a enough waves to sneak in with a wild card. If Edwards and Owens can get along for one season they could absolutely pull it off. They have all the young talent in the world that just needed a season to jell. Insert another young stud linebacker into the mix + TO and they could really be looking at a strong season.

I think the Dolphins are better positioned to make a run than New York. The Jets have a great mix and will be great in the long term, but short term with Sanchez and a new coach it might be rocky.

They could also go 11-5. Look at what the Falcons and Ravens did last year with rookie QB's. Lets take a look at the schedule and I will give a prediction on what games they can win and what games I think they will lose.

Rookie QBs doing as well as Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco are rare. Even teams with HOFers like Peyton Manning, Troy Aikman, and John Elway struggled mightily their rookie seasons. All three of those guys struggled quite a bit their rookie season.

As for the games you have as wins, I seriously doubt they will sweep the Dolphins and they will have more trouble with teams like the Texans, Saints, and Falcons than you give them credit for. The Jets could go 11-5, but they could go 5-11 too.

They could also start off the season at 0-4 quite easily. There's a lot of unknown with that team.

With that running game and improved Defense I cant see them under .500 at the end of the season. We know that teams win games that they shouldn't and could easily squeak out three more. Don't write them off as a pushover.
