Some quick news and notes on this Wednesday.
While not all Patriots fans may be happy to see Tom Brady playing this Sunday, one fact alone should give them a good reason to hope he can pull it off against Kansas City.
Brady hasn’t spoken much of Belichick this season, but he told reporters on Monday how much his time working with Belichick meant to him, and said it played a key role in who he is today.
It took only 55 years for the NFL to get its first Super Bowl team to be playing in its home stadium.
Obviously, everything has to end. Moving on from Brady needed to happen eventually, but the fact New England put Brady in the position to have to move on is the part that will potentially go down as one of the more frustrating ones in team history.
One of the best parts heading into this year is the fact we really don’t know what to expect, which is what will make every game so interesting to watch. But whether or not that means a changing of the guard is coming remains to be seen.
In this episode we talked at length on how the Patriots won the Super Bowl. You will hear our thoughts on how the Patriots defense changed for this game, and also how offensively they got it done late in the game.
