(PHOTO: Steve Balestrieri - PatsFans.com) For the fifth straight season, the New England Patriots alongside the other 31 NFL teams will participate in the ‘My Cause My Cleats’ campaign.
The campaign gives both players and coaches an opportunity to wear special, customized football cleats that are designed to help promote and provide awareness to causes that are most important to them.
On Instagram this week, a few members of the Patriots shared images of their cleats and some backstories to the specific causes they chose to support.
