On Tuesday, former New England Patriots Richard Seymour and Rodney Harrison were named semi-finalists for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2021.
Seymour and Harrison joined 23 other modern-era players on the finalist list.
For the last two seasons, Seymour has been a finalist while Harrison earns his first selection to the finalist group.
Both Seymour and Harrison are members of the Patriots Hall of Fame, each earning the honor the past two years.
In addition to Seymour and Harrison, other finalists with (albeit brief) Patriots ties include Fred Taylor (2009-10), John Lynch (2008 training camp), Torry Holt (2010 training camp), and Reggie Wayne (2015 training camp).
