Take a look how Patriots offensive coordinator, Josh McDaniels, balances family life and football during an NFL season.
McDaniels is presently in his 17th season working for the Patriots and his ninth as offensive coordinator.
Since his initial hiring by the Patriots in 2001, McDaniels has been apart of all six Super Bowl championship teams and all nine AFC titles.
