In the days since the game, Both Harry and Diggs have come out explaining that there’s no personal animosity between the two and they are on good, respectful terms.
“He made it clear he was not trying to hurt me,” Harry said, via NBC Sports Northwest.
“It was not intentional. When it happened, I did not think it was intentional. I know out on the field stuff happens super, super quickly. I never felt like it was intentional. It was just one of those football plays. I had already kind of figured he wasn’t trying to do that. Him reaching out definitely meant a lot in the same regard.”
Diggs later wrote on Twitter that it’s “never my intention to hurt anybody” and Harry replied with a quote tweet stating “much respect”.

Despite the hit, Harry went on to finish the game with career highs in receptions (8), receiving yards (72) and targets (12), seven of which were in the fourth quarter.
According to a report by NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero, Diggs is expected to be fined but not suspended for the hit.
