On Thursday, New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore joined a group of other NFL stars in a special video addressing racial inequality as protests against police brutality towards African Americans continue across the United States.
The 70-second video features Gilmore alongside Patrick Mahomes, Ezekiel Elliot, Odell Beckham Jr., Jamal Adams and others reciting the names of recent African American victims of police violence.
In the tweet below, Gilmore references Michael Brown Jr., a 17 year old unarmed black man who was shot dead in Ferguson, MO back in 2014.
