With the 2018 offseason hitting its quietest point for signed Patriots, wide receiver Chris Hogan has settled back into his other full time job of being a father to twin baby boys.
On Instagram Wednesday, Hogan celebrated Chase and Parker’s first birthdays with a photograph of the two smiling and enjoying the day.
