There’s nothing like getting a little something to add to the Patriots memorabilia collection, and with the Christmas Holiday steadily approaching, here are some suggestions for those looking to find a last-minute gift to bring a smile to the face of a fellow New England Patriots fan.

1) Drive For Five – By Christopher Price:

We reviewed this book a few months ago and it’s honestly a terrific read that any fan would love.  Price chronicled the entire championship season going back to the offseason where the team put together a group that would win their second championship in three years.  It’s a fantastic book and essentially a piece of history, and one that any fan would enjoy adding to their collection.

2) Belichick and Brady – By Michael Holley:

This is another great read where Holley gives a glimpse behind the scenes of the two people who started and sustained one of the most successful runs in NFL history.  Holley takes us back to the days leading up to Belichick’s hiring, which came following the firing of former coach Pete Carroll.  Holley calls the move a “generational shift” and provides plenty of terrific insight throughout the book.  It’s a fun read, and definitely another great option.

3) 3 Games to Glory V:

This DVD is a no-brainer.  If you haven’t added it to your library, you’re missing out as it has some incredible footage of New England’s entire championship run as they beat Atlanta for their fifth title.  This is one of the most terrific concepts we’ve seen put together, and every video has just been riveting.  It’s hard to believe there are now five of them, and it’s certainly been an incredible era that we’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy.

4) Framed Photo of the Edelman Catch

Everyone enjoys reliving big moments and the grab by Julian Edelman against Atlanta will go down as one of the most important during the Patriots comeback against the Falcons.  Most fans know far too well that it’s been fluke catches by other teams that have been the difference in a couple of losses, and it was nice to see Edelman finally give the Patriots one of their own.

5) Framed Malcolm Butler INT Photo – Then there’s always this photo of Butler, who made the interception that sealed Super Bowl XLIX.  If you combine that with the one above, those are two photos that essentially captured the most important plays during the last two championship runs.

Everyone enjoys reliving big moments and hanging this photo on their wall would certainly be well-received. The grab by Julian Edelman against Atlanta will go down as one of the most important during the Patriots comeback against the Falcons and most fans know far too well that it’s been fluke catches by other teams that have been the difference in a couple of losses. These are just a few suggestions for those who haven’t completed their shopping and are in need of some last-minute ideas.  Each of these is available on Amazon.com, with expedited shipping available to make sure it gets there on time.

With only a handful of shopping days left, good luck, and best wishes on a safe and happy holiday.
