On Sunday afternoon, the much anticipated return home to the San Francisco Bay Area for New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will finally occur. A native of San Mateo, in 17 seasons Brady’s team has only played in Northern California once since he took over the starting quarterback spot, but he missed the game after an ACL injury sidelined him 15 games in the 2008 season.
On Facebook Saturday, Brady decided to re-write his past by creating “new” childhood photographs of himself in front of various Boston landmarks symbolizing the place he views as his adpoted new home. Aside from the rather “average” photoshop skills, Brady also joked he “can’t imagine living anywhere else but Boston.”
In a conference call with the San Francisco media earlier this week, Brady stated “We don’t talk about the 49ers anymore” in regards to his family’s change in support of the 49ers to the Patriots.
