On May 19, 2014 The New England Patriots signed a then unknown undrafted rookie free agent out of the University of West Alabama named Malcolm Butler. Fast forward two seasons later, he has a place in Super Bowl history forever and will never have to buy a drink in New England again.
As the quick rise of Butler continues into a second full season since that moment, he posted the following “throwback thursday” picture of himself in training camp with the caption “Two years ago today, I signed as a Patriot #TimeFlies” in commemoration of the special anniversary.
