New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady spent the beginning of his offseason at his alma mater the University of Michigan on Wednesday as part of the schools annual Signing Day event “Signing of the Stars.” While there Brady had run in’s with other celebrities in attendance including former WWE wrestler Ric Flair and former New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter, a former resident and high school graduate of Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The most notable moment from this event, was the following video exchange between Brady and Jeter captured by The Players Tribune, who was exclusively covering the “Signing of the Stars”. If you listen close enough you can hear Brady tell Jeter “We “Blew it. We had a good chance.” when asked about the AFC Championship game.
