According to Tom Pelissero, the Patriots are signing Steelers free agent defensive tackle Armon Watts. Watts played in 15 games last season, recording 13 tackles along with 0.5 sacks for Pittsburgh. The deal is reportedly for 1-year and worth $3 million.
