| DENIED RELEASE BY BELICHICK TO REUNITE WITH COWBOYS Apparently, the Dallas Cowboys tried to add a little more firepower heading into the postseason. Elliott did make the request, but Bill Belichick denied him when he apparently requested to be released following the Patriots 4-13 finish. Elliott did go to AT&T stadium and was there cheering his former team on, but didn't get the opportunity to contribute. | |||||
