I have to respectfully disagree with BB here… Maye did a good job identifying and reading defenses. He needs to fix some mechanical issues but he’s very bright.

Ross he was not great reading defenses. I got this straight from one of his coaches but its also what I saw. But yes, he's a bright kid
with a great work ethic, so this is something he can learn.
He'll have the time to do it, he's not going start this year.
Yes the primary mechanic issue is his foot work.
Watch tons of film and work on the feet.
I'll assume our OL and wr group will be improved in 2025 so we could be ready to LFG!! then.
He's got a very high ceiling
