Forgive me, but this forum is acting like a spoiled child these last couple of days.
We are fans of the greatest franchise in the last 2 decades, 4 rings, 6 superbowls. Envy is guaranteed, no matter what happens to the team, the rest of the public will try to bring us down while we are in...
Can't we implement some sort of suspension policy based on user feedback? The majority of posters here can sense a troll and worthless posters who had nothing to the board but fill it up with useless threads. The "reputation" system should be altered to dish out automatic suspensions...
There are far too many posters who first of all EXPECTED a superbowl with Brady at the helm and second of all have no hope at all without Brady.
Seriously, did you start watching in 2003? Did you not pay attention until the sueprbowl in 2001? We have a solid team all around. We are a lot...
Let's say the Patriots decided to base their gameplan around running the ball, and practiced with that mindset during the week. If they then hand the ball off to Maroney consistently, say 25+ times, do you believe that he could eclipse 100 yards rushing?
The defense played tremendous today, aside from the early tackling troubles. It was obvious that the pass was more of a concern than the run and Addai was going to get his yards, so some of that is justified based on game plan. But there were some really bad tackling issues in the first half...
Is this kid a beast or what! He's absolutely demolishing that good SD defense. 251 yards and 3TD. This guy has all the tools, and he is just so hard to bring down. I would love to see what the Pats could do against this guy.
In the fourth quarter, on at least 2 or 3 occasions, the clock did not stop when the player went out of bounds. Since teams can't stop even our 2nd string offense from scoring, keep that damn clock rolling and get the game over with lol.
Can anyone offer some ideas as to why the patriots had Mike Wright starting in place of Jarvis in the Dallas game? Jarvis banged up a little, did they feel Wright posed better matchup in certain situations?
Just heard on CBS NFL Today, Goodell is thinking about a rule that would allow suspended players to return to practice 2 weeks prior to their suspension being over so that they can be ready to return immediately. What do you think? I kinda like it.
Here's the newest twist in this crazy saga...
This past offseason BB confided in Mangini, while having some beers laughing about the media's obsession with their handshakes, that he was worried he was running out of ideas to keep his players motivated. Mangini confided in BB that he regretted...
So we know how valuable a good stiffarm can be in dropping a would-be tackler. Maroney has had a few nice ones this year, Troy usually stiffarms the db on those quick passes. But when is the last time you have seen a patriots defender get stiffarmed? It seems to me this is another one of...
I know I know nothing he says is worth a damn, I'm just getting sick of hearing him say how the colts are unbeatable, it's a fact they win the SB. Talking about the pats have no chance because they can't cover even if they get pressure. This damn idiot is talking like the pats secondary is...
So i'm just looking over the stats, and saw something I didn't know nor did I expect. The patriots are 4th in the NFL in opposing completion % at 55.8. And guess who is at the bottom of the entire NFL allowing 66.1%... that's right the Colts, who also are tied 22nd in rush ypc with 4.2ypc. Of...
