They did not what the Rams did - aggressively try and get a FGway more. The Falcons even won the turnover battle 2-1 I believe in that game. Just got outplayed like crazy. I think the only real big mistake on their part was taking the sack to lose the fg attempt.
Right. Meanwhile the Bills and Chiefs are currently playing a different sport then what the Patriots are currently capable of.
A burning question on PatsfansSo who do the Bucs take with the 27th pick in the draft?
If you had TFB playing for your team and leading them to 6 SB wins, maybe you'd understand. Instead, you've been following a team that's never won, and when they had it in their clutch, TFB led the greatest come back in NFL history. Again, I understand why you hate the guy that destroyed your dreams. Sorry. Welcome to Patsfans. Then don’t say anything to me!
I think there are numerous posters would rather see TB win then the Patriots! I may have given up on the Falcons, but I still want them to win.
TB was the Goat, but he is no longer a Patriot. I just find it hard to understand why y’all are freaking out about The Tampa Bay Bucs losing?
Josh McDaniels and James white need some lovin too.

30? where are you seeing that?
otc shows 19, spotrac shows 22
Brady is entering the first of three void years, with s 24m cap hit already... godwin, gronk, fournette, pierre-paul, suh, jensen, howard all free agents...
His momma needs to go easier on the butter in her collard greens. That boy’s going to get the diabeetus.
I don’t. Love em. They just need a punching bag.Please. This entire forum alternates between wanting McDaniels executed to calling him a genius depending on the time of day.

yeah, i need to read a primer on how these increasingly popular void years work... I dont fully understand the cap ramifications of these void years in terms of extending or restructuring deals, cap hits, dead money etc...Yeah I think it’s 22M and they’ll likely cut Brate and free up 5M more.
Because they were in such good shape going into last year, they actually still have quite a bit of flexibility. They haven’t been pushing back cap hits year after year.
They can extend/sign Godwin, Gronkowski, and Jensen. And maybe a couple more (like Fournette) But they can’t do what they did last year with re-signing every player at market, or near market. Davis comes to mind as a guy not worth overpaying. They’ll need to find better value FAs for their mid-tier guys. Pierre-Paul and Howard aren’t really losses. Suh is a question mark as he may retire.
Considering their situation, they may take a play from the Rams book and look at trading draft picks for established stars. They have all their picks the next few years. Seems like a waste to let Brady’s last year or two go by without maximizing the roster.
Take it easy Mrs JonesWithout his weapons, Brady is 2019 Brady. I've been saying that all year. Unless he's got all four of Evans, Gronk, Brown, and Godwin, he's not going to get very far...unless he has BB. Today's game shows me that there isn't much change of how good Brady is between 2019 and now.
