The dumbass prosecutor needs to convict both of them, because it doesn't matter who did it, the other is an accessory because concealment of a crime is itself a crime.
I don't think you understand the 5th Amendment either. We have something called the 5th amendment, fortunately, which interferes with your position.

The DA has the ability to press charges. He chose not to.
The DA is too chicken **** to pick up a high-profile case. They know who did it. They are accessories to a crime. The DA chose not to prosecute because it helps the Chiefs.
Chiefs receiver Tyreek Hill won’t be prosecuted for hurting his three-year-old child, even though prosecutors believe someone hurt Hill’s three-year-old child. A prosecution won’t occur because both Hill and the boy’s mother, Crystal Espinal, can invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and refuse to cooperate with the investigation and, ultimately, to testify at trial.
That won’t save Hill from the scrutiny of the NFL...
...Here’s the key language from the Personal Conduct Policy: “Because the Fifth Amendment’s protection against self-incrimination does not apply in a workplace investigation, the league will reserve the right to compel a player to cooperate in its investigations even when he is the target of a pending law enforcement investigation or proceeding. A player’s refusal to speak to a league investigator under such circumstances will not preclude an investigation from proceeding or discipline from being imposed.”

I wonder when he re-election bid is.
Should have thrown acid at him instead.Might be time to reconsider the beer tossers ban. Remember when Hill wanted that guy put up against the wall?

Yes- I said that. He abuses women and children. He deserves it.
State prosecutors in general are the lowest level attorneys outside personal injury lawyers. They are generally unsophisticated and get their position by running for election.
Hopefully the Queefs are dumb enough to do what they did with Hunt, make the same mistake, bend to public pressure, and cut him. That would all but eliminate them from being a serious threat this year.
Yeah, I don’t buy that at all. And even then, that’s a ridiculous reason to cut a guy before any sort of investigation is completed. They cut him because the public got their pitchforks and torches out. Sucks to be dumb. They could use him again this season, when his suspension is up, unless they stumble on a talent like him outside of the first round. And that’s doubtful. They should cut Hill too. I’ll call them and let them know Hill is lying. To be fair what I got from the explanation at the time was Hunt's undoing in KC was lying to the team about the incident. He even admitted he lied to the team. I doubt BB would think twice about cutting a player that outright lied to him although TBH he might look to get a pick for him before doing it
