Those concerns were of a completely different nature than these ones. BB, arguably to a fault, only cares about how things will affect his football operation. He has never cared about associating with "good people".

I hope it all works out, but even without this, we're already at a point where Brady is 42 coming into next season and Belichick is getting up there too. At some point in the next couple of years, they're going to walk away. This may just speed it up a bit.

Misdemeanor vs. felony only matters in terms of how much trouble Bob is in with the legal system. When it comes to how much trouble he's in with the league and the public--and how much crap every Patriots fan is going to take over this for the next decade--it's totally immaterial.

If he is disciplined by the league for a solicitation charge (assuming the charge even sticks - if you pardon the expression) he will be the first in history to be so disciplined.

As for Patriots fans, I would hope we've all developed a thick enough skin not to be bothered by the idiot opinions of others.

So what happened with 98.5? Did they give orders for their mediots to not discuss this? I'm asking because Chad Finn was mocking Felcher and Mazz for no longer being able to non-hypocritically accuse others of being "media lapdogs".

When I went Houston (04), the driver who picked us up to take us downtown for the NFL Experience was thrilled because he had spent the entire week going back and forth to the airport to pick up hookers descending on the city.

The strip club not far from the hotel we stayed at was advertising 350 dancers. 350.

The hotel halls and lobby were full of women wearing too much makeup and too-short skirts, referring to their notes for client room #'s.

Two women actually came over to the table to solicit from our group...by showing pictures of them doing each other.

For all the sh*t that us fans have to deal with, Kraft should give every patriots fan a free jersey!

Oh yeah, the end is definitely coming soon with or without this. Brady is 42 and has consistently said he wants to play until he's 45, and Belichick is 66 and on record saying he won't be coaching into his 70s. Even by their own optimistic assessments, it's pretty clear they're both nearing the end and a few years ago I kinda transitioned into just enjoying that this run lasted way longer than I had any right to hope for than dreading that the inevitable ending is approaching as all inevitable things do.

I just don't see a link, however, between that and Bob Kraft getting caught with prostitutes. Basically, if this of all ****ing things is what ends everything, then it'll just be the straw that broke the camel's back and it was about to happen one way or another regardless.

So the Mr and Mrs Troll are not talking about this story?

This is not good. It's terrible and there is no excuse for it. This will have an effect on him, his family, his friends and his business.

But there is really only one thing he can do at this time. Fall on his knees and confess his sins to God.

A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet went to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.

Psalm 51

51 Have mercy on me,1 O God,

according to your steadfast love;

according to your abundant mercy

blot out my transgressions.

2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,

and cleanse me from my sin!

3 For I know my transgressions,

and my sin is ever before me.

4 Against you, you only, have I sinned

and done what is evil din your sight,

so that you may be justified in your words

and blameless in your judgment.

5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,

and in sin did my mother conceive me.

6 Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being,

and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart.

7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean;

wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

8 Let me hear joy and gladness;

let the bones kthat you have broken rejoice.

9 Hide your face from my sins,

and blot out all my iniquities.

10 Create in me a clean heart, O God,

and renew a right spirit within me.

11 Cast me not away from your presence,

and take not your Holy Spirit from me.

12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation,

and uphold me with a willing spirit.

13 Then I will teach transgressors your ways,

and sinners will rreturn to you.

14 Deliver me from sbloodguiltiness, O God,

O God of my salvation,

and my tongue will sing aloud of your righteousness.

15 O Lord, open my lips,

and my mouth will declare your praise.

16 For you will not delight in sacrifice, or I would give it;

you will not be pleased with a burnt offering.

17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;

a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.

Hi Boogs!

You're right, although Kraft would do it in this fashion, as Maimonides writes:

"Please God!

I have intentionally sinned, I have sinned out of lust and emotion, and I have sinned unintentionally.

I have been to a rub-and-tug, and I regret it, and I am ashamed of my deeds, and I shall never return to such a deed.'"

If this gets hot enough the owners may ask Bob to step down as Chairman & CEO and have Jonathan take over.

If this is true what a ****ing moron. Old coot idiot.
Didn't Jeerah jones get caught with prostitutes a couple of years ago?

Yeah, a 77 year old billionaire paying for sex is the least surprising part of this story to me. The fact that he went to a seedy asian massage parlor for a $70 *, though? That's the kind of thing I'd expect from some of my sketchiest coworkers, not a guy who can afford literally anything else.

Without knowing all the details on the trafficking part of the story, that is the biggest takeaway for me as well.

Someone worth $6.6B could get a handy one would figure just about anywhere they wanted (in terms of establishments that offer such services).

The fact he picked out a strip mall massage parlor where Joe Dirt gets his is really a moment in WTF history.

That you would risk, if nothing else, your "reputation" for that that, is sorta staggering. Fly to Vegas man, its legal and they got adult Disney World style brothels.

By the way, this type of "prostitution" was entirely legal in Rhode Island until 2009.

So they say twice?

As in double-header?

Bart's CTE symptoms are showing.

Lmfao. Patriots Derangement Syndrome in full effect. Other owners have had run-ins with the law for (IMO) more serious matters and no one ever called for such a punishment, and generally there’s been no punishment at all.

People are going to froth at the mouth at another chance to decree that the Pats did something bad so they should be severely punished. I don’t see how Kraft visiting a Florida massage parlor reflects on the men actually playing and coaching in any way. It has absolutely nothing to do with football.

This League would be sooooooo boring w/o NE...

Sorry, guys. I went back and deleted my post. I let emotion get the better of me. Don't mean to pile onto the coming ****storm. Carry on. ;)
Really, what did you post i missed it.

While this may be a juicy story it doesn't deserve to be all over the news like i'm seeing it.
It's the Pats. EVERYONE, besides us, hates the Pats.

Any other team?... "cricket, cricket"

Yeah, given that a) this is breaking in the deadest part of the offseason and b) there's a very good chance that it will result in a change of team ownership, a 35+ page thread for this seems awfully warranted.

He is in trouble. He might get charged with more than just solicitation. The human trafficking issue and others could really be an issue. Jail time could be coming.

Reports also indicate that he is not the biggest name caught on film. I really do wonder who that is going to be?
