Lets have a thread about this team and the last opponent in the Pats way of HFA.

The first thing that jumps out to me is Carr has not looked the same since he injured his finger. IDK if that will be true come playoff time but it is clearly messing him up. His throws seem off and their offense has taken a step back.

Today Cannon made a huge statement and if he is lined up against Mack with all due respect I would not be surprised if he is mostly a non-factor. If you stop Mack their D has very little going for it.

I think Oakland if they play like they have the last few weeks are definitely in danger of losing. Indy should be able to score on them and at Denver is always tough at home. I would not be surprised if Carr throws a few picks against them the way he has been playing.

Denver could be out of the playoffs in that last game.

They cant stop the run. Good luck beating the pats with a bad run defense

They are almost out of the playoffs already. I was just reading through like the 4 things in addition to them wining out that need to happen. Almost a mathematical reality already.

They can still very likely get in if they win the next 2 but it is not 100% for sure.
actually they need to win out and THREE other teams must lose at least 1 more.

I just don't think Carr can go into Denver and win.

I'm not worried about them.

Something important i noticed.

Week 17 the Pats play at 1 and the Raiders at 4. That means if the Raiders don't lose this week the Pats need to play to win week 17 no matter what cause they won't know if the Raiders will win or not.

The Raiders however will have the option to play or rest their guys that week as it may or may not matter to them.

Hopefully the Raiders lose this week to give the Pats the option to do whatever they want.

All week 17 games can be flexed to 1, 4:25 or SNF as the NFL sees fit so those times aren't set in stone.

Well I doubt the NFL would go out of their way to help the Pats. Heck they may even have flexed Oak out to Sunday night if they were going the same time as the Pats.
