Agreed. Gronk-lite. I'm just saying he can do a lot of things pretty well.

    BGC 2023 TE/PTP Thread

As an ND fan, this is how I feel about Mayer as well. I think he'll actually prove to be slightly more dynamic in the NFL where he can't always be the focal point of a defense because he has some weapons around him. He's not Gronk but he's the closest to Gronk in an all-around capacity that...

NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION Super Bowl Game Day Pregame/Game Thread (Eagles vs Chiefs)

They had plenty of opportunities to determine the outcome of the game before that play, though.

That can be said for any close contest in any sport though, right? That doesn't mean it's rigged.

If the Patriots win the Superbowl next year, will that one also be rigged?

    BGC 2023 C/PTP Thread

I've watched every ND snap multiple times this year and Patterson has multiple year starter as a floor. Just doesn't have a super high ceiling in my opinion. He's got the athleticism and size you look for but I'm not sure about his footwork while engaged and he has had trouble getting underneath...

    BGC 2023 C/PTP Thread

Patterson has great size for a center and can shift to guard if need be. Some value in the middle rounds. The same caveat applies as it does with all ND players: For whatever reason, the Patriots have drafted zero ND players since 2008. Maybe that's a coincidence, but ND has had a lot of players...

    BGC 2022 IDL/PTP Thread

His athleticism isn't elite, which certainly limits his upside, and his motor is extremely inconsistent. I really like what I saw from his linemate Devonte Wyatt. That kid has elite athleticism and motor, but he really lacks ideal length. With that said, it's just one game against an elite...

Game Day Thread Official Post Game Thread - #1 Seed Pats beat the Bills

As someone who played guard and nose/MLB at 5'10", it really is about pad level and physics most of the time.

    2021 / 2022 College Games

Devonte Wyatt has been really impressive in this game. Outplaying Davis so far.

Aaron Rodgers positive for COVID (update: “furious” status leaked, claims he didn’t lie, attacks NFL protocols)

Can we all agree that Rodgers should at least be fined for that hair?

Panthers crying about Mac's hold on Burns.

So much worse happens every play in an NFL football game, I'm not sure why this is even an issue.

    OT: Portnoy In Trouble?

I think that most people have different aspects of their personalities that they compartmentalize. I don't think anyone really exists on a dichotomy of good and bad.

    OT: Portnoy In Trouble?

Another dude who's gone his entire life being a complete ******* yet somehow never had the **** kicked out of him.

How on Earth was this not a flag?

Tillery had some issues with random dirty plays at ND as well.
