Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was involved in a car accident this morning, but apparently isn't injured - and is just "shaken up" following the incident.
WHDH has video from the accident, in which a red minivan reportedly ran a red light and struck Brady's vehicle in what witnesses reportedly said was a "high-impact" crash. Brady was reportedly seen up and walking around, and was picked up and later headed off to practice at Gillette Stadium after he apparently refused medical attention.
One of the passengers from the minivan had to be extracted by the jaws of life, but didn't appear to be seriously injured.
"Tom Brady's passenger and he both looked fine. They were up and walking," a witness told WHDH. "The two other passengers from the other van...they got on their own too. It was really just the one passenger that had to be cut out."
Instead of going to the hospital Brady will reportedly be checked out by a member of the Patriot's medical staff.
The accident comes just three days before New England opens the season at Gillette Stadium against the Bengals.
